Pumpkin Custard

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Mix 4 Eggs (2 Chicken eggs + 2 Duck eggs), 1 cup of Coconut Milk, 3/4 cup of Coconut Sugar, 1 teaspoon of All purpose flour, 2-3 drops of Vanilla extract and a pinch of Salt.
  2. Clean the whole Pumpkin. (In this recipe, we selected three Pumpkins with weight of 1.5lb each. The smaller pumpkin, the shorter the time to cook.)
  3. Hollow the Pumpkin. Then fill up 3/4 of Pumpkin with the Mixture.
  4. Place the filled up Pumpkin in a hot streamer until it is well done.
