Ingredients
- Duck Egg

Preparation
- Mix 4 Eggs (2 Chicken eggs + 2 Duck eggs), 1 cup of Coconut Milk, 3/4 cup of Coconut Sugar, 1 teaspoon of All purpose flour, 2-3 drops of Vanilla extract and a pinch of Salt.
- Clean the whole Pumpkin. (In this recipe, we selected three Pumpkins with weight of 1.5lb each. The smaller pumpkin, the shorter the time to cook.)
- Hollow the Pumpkin. Then fill up 3/4 of Pumpkin with the Mixture.
- Place the filled up Pumpkin in a hot streamer until it is well done.
