Ingredients
- Vegetable Oil
- Garlic
- Pork
- Chinese Broccoli
- Sugar
- Fish Sauce
- Soy sauce
- Black Soy Sauce
- Rice Noodle
- Tapioca Starch
- Bean paste
- Pepper
Preparation
- Stir fry Noodle in Vegetable Oil. Add a little bit of Black Soy Sauce to change the Noodle color to brown. Stir a little bit more until it s heated. Then turn off the stove and place noodle in a serving plate.
- Prepare gravy by frying 1 teaspoon of chopped Garlic in 1-2 tablespoons of Vegetable Oil. Wait until it stats changing color. Then add 1/2 cup of Pork slices.
- Wait until the Pork is almost done, then add Chinese Broccoli and 300ml of stock.
- Season it with Sugar, Bean paste, Soy Sauce and Fish Sauce. Wait until vegetable is soft.
- Dissolve 1-2 teaspoons of Tapioca Starch in 1/4 cup of water, then pour it into your gravy mixture. Stir thoroughly, and wait until it is cooked.
- Turn off the stove. Then put some gravy and the cooked mixture on top of your fried noodle. Sprinkle some pepper on top. Now your dish is ready to be served.
