Shrimp Woon sen

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Soak a bundle of Woonsen Noodle in water. Leave it for 5-10 minutes, then rinse water out. Boil Noodle until it is cooked, then use filter to rinse water out again.
  2. Pour 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil on a pan and start heating it. Wait until it is heated, then add some minced garlic. Fry until it start changing color. Then add a handful of chopped cilantro, a little bit of pepper and a cup of shrimp.
  3. Wait until the shrimp is almost cooked, then add an Egg. Keep stirring the Egg until it is cooked and turned to small pieces.
  4. Add Woonsen Noodle with a little bit of water.
  5. Season it with soy sauce, fish sauce, pepper and sugar, and Mix thoroughly.
