Fried Morning Glory

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Stir fry some minced garlic with a little bit of vegetable oil. Then add cracked chili. (Optional)
  2. Add some chopped Chinese spinach (Morning Glory).
  3. Season it with fish sauce, Oyster sauce, bean paste and a little bit of sugar.
  4. Stir it quickly, then turn off the stove.
