Ingredients
- Coconut Milk
- Water
- Curry Powder
- Red Curry Paste
- Sugar
- Fish Sauce
- Tamarind Concentrated
- Baked Peanut
- Fresh Vegetable
Preparation
- Pour 1 cup of coconut milk into a pot. Boil it with low fire.
- Add 1 teaspoon of Red Curry Paste into the pot. Then mix it thoroughly.
- Wait until it boiled, then seasoning it with Curry Powder, Sugar, Fish Sauce and Tamarind Concentrated.
- Add Peanut Powder. Wait until it is cool down before serve.
- Serve peanut sauce on top of your choice of fresh vegetable.
