Ingredients
- Sticky Rice

Preparation
- Turn on stove and add 2-3 cups of water in a pot. When Stock is boiled, add 1 cup of Beef slices. Keep stirring until it is cooked.
- Add some Mint leaves, chopped Onion, Scallion and Cilantro.
- Season with Sugar, Lime Juice, Fish Sauce, Chili Powder and Sticky Rice Powder. Then stir it thoroughly.
- Add a few mint leaves on top and now your dish is ready.
- Note: Prepare the Sticky Rice Powder by frying some Raw Sticky Rice on a pan without using oil. Keep stirring until it is turning to light brown color. Turn off the stove and let it cool down. Then powderize it with mortar.
