Beef Salad

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Turn on stove and add 2-3 cups of water in a pot. When Stock is boiled, add 1 cup of Beef slices. Keep stirring until it is cooked.
  2. Add some Mint leaves, chopped Onion, Scallion and Cilantro.
  3. Season with Sugar, Lime Juice, Fish Sauce, Chili Powder and Sticky Rice Powder. Then stir it thoroughly.
  4. Add a few mint leaves on top and now your dish is ready.
  5. Note: Prepare the Sticky Rice Powder by frying some Raw Sticky Rice on a pan without using oil. Keep stirring until it is turning to light brown color. Turn off the stove and let it cool down. Then powderize it with mortar.
