Salt Grilled Fish

Ingredients

  • Your choice of fish
  • All purpose flour
  • Salt
  • Chili
  • Garlic
  • Sugar
  • Fish Sauce
  • Lime juice

Preparation

  1. Clean fish with water.
  2. Apply all-purpose-flour all over the fish fillet. Then sprinkle some salt all over the fillet, then grill it. (If you choose to cook the whole fish with skin instead of the fillet, you can coat the fish skin with salt only, after you have cleaned it.)
  3. Put 1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic and a little bit of chopped chili in a sauce bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of Lime Juice and 2 tablespoon of Fish sauce. Then add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar.
  4. Mix it thoroughly. Taste your sauce and adjust amount of Sugar, Fish sauce and Lime juice for the flavor that you like.
  5. Serve Grilled fish with your Thai seafood sauce.
