- Your choice of fish
- Vegetable oil
- Red Curry Paste
- Coconut Milk
- Sugar
- Fish Sauce
- Bergamot Leaves
Preparation
- Fry fish until it is flaky.
- Fry 1 tablespoon of Red Curry Paste with 1 cup of Coconut Milk. (You can put less chili paste if it is too spicy.)
- Season it with sugar and fish sauce. Add some chopped Bergamot leave, then stir it thoroughly.
- Serve your fried fish on a plate and pour the Choo Chee Sauce on top of the fish.
