Fish in Choo Chee Sauce

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Fry fish until it is flaky.
  2. Fry 1 tablespoon of Red Curry Paste with 1 cup of Coconut Milk. (You can put less chili paste if it is too spicy.)
  3. Season it with sugar and fish sauce. Add some chopped Bergamot leave, then stir it thoroughly.
  4. Serve your fried fish on a plate and pour the Choo Chee Sauce on top of the fish.
