Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Prepare Fish
  2. Deep fry fish until it is flaky.
  3. Prepare Sauce
  4. Fry 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and minced chili with a little bit of vegetable oil. (You can put less chili if it is too spicy.) When garlic starts changing color add some Tamarind concentrate.
  5. Season it with coconut sugar and fish sauce. Add 4 tablespoons of water. Then mix it thoroughly.
  6. Serve your fried fish on a plate and pour the sweet and sour sauce on top of the fish.
