Ingredients
- Your choice of fish
- Vegetable oil
- Garlic
- Chili
- Tamarind Concentrated
- Coconut Sugar
- Fish Sauce
Preparation
- Prepare Fish
- Deep fry fish until it is flaky.
- Prepare Sauce
- Fry 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and minced chili with a little bit of vegetable oil. (You can put less chili if it is too spicy.) When garlic starts changing color add some Tamarind concentrate.
- Season it with coconut sugar and fish sauce. Add 4 tablespoons of water. Then mix it thoroughly.
- Serve your fried fish on a plate and pour the sweet and sour sauce on top of the fish.
