  1. Traditional Method:
  2. Soak 2 cups of raw sticky rice in 6 cup of water. Let it soaks for 1 hours or overnight.
  3. Rinse out water, then place the soaked sticky rice on a cheese cloth. Wrap cheese cloth around the sticky rice.
  4. Place cheese cloth and sticky rice on a streamer cooker for 10-15 minutes, then open the cloth and flip the chunk of sticky rice upsidedown. Keep cooking until it is done on both sides.
  5. Note for Alternative Method: Cook raw Sticky rice with water in a rice cooker and wait until it is done. ( Sticky rice and water ratio is 1:1. )
