Entree in Ginger Sauce

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Fry 1 teaspoon of minced garlic with 1-2 tablespoons of Vegetable Oil.
  2. Wait until the garlic starts changing its color, then add 1/2 cup of Chicken slices.
  3. Wait until Chicken is cooked, then add one handful of Ginger stripes. (Approximately 2x2 millimeter cross section and 2 inches long)
  4. Wait until Ginger is cooked, then season it with Sugar and Fish Sauce, Bean Paste and Oyster sauce.
