Recipe: Entree in Ginger Sauce

Ingredients
- Chicken
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Vegetable oil
- Fish Sauce
- Soy sauce
- Sugar
- Oyster Sauce
- Bean paste
Preparation
- Fry 1 teaspoon of minced garlic with 1-2 tablespoons of Vegetable Oil.
- Wait until the garlic starts changing its color, then add 1/2 cup of Chicken slices.
- Wait until Chicken is cooked, then add one handful of Ginger stripes. (Approximately 2x2 millimeter cross section and 2 inches long)
- Wait until Ginger is cooked, then season it with Sugar and Fish Sauce, Bean Paste and Oyster sauce.
