Napa Soup

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Boil a pot of water. Then put Napa leaves in the boiling water.
  2. When Napa starts getting soft, turn off the stove. Put boiled Napa in cold water. When it cools down, gently squeeze water out from Napa.
  3. Mix a cup of ground chicken with 1-2 teaspoons of water. Then season it with pepper, sugar and fish sauce. Mix it thoroughly.
  4. Boil 1-2 liters of water. When water is boiling, scoop one bite sized piece of chicken mixture with a spoon. Then use another utensil to wipe the mixture out from the spoon and let it drop into the boiling water.
  5. Wait until chicken is cooked. Then add Napa that we already prepared in the previous step.
  6. Season it with pepper, sugar and fish sauce.
  7. Add some chopped Cilantro. Then stir it a little bit and turn off stove.
