Preparation
- Boil a pot of water. Then put Napa leaves in the boiling water.
- When Napa starts getting soft, turn off the stove. Put boiled Napa in cold water. When it cools down, gently squeeze water out from Napa.
- Mix a cup of ground chicken with 1-2 teaspoons of water. Then season it with pepper, sugar and fish sauce. Mix it thoroughly.
- Boil 1-2 liters of water. When water is boiling, scoop one bite sized piece of chicken mixture with a spoon. Then use another utensil to wipe the mixture out from the spoon and let it drop into the boiling water.
- Wait until chicken is cooked. Then add Napa that we already prepared in the previous step.
- Season it with pepper, sugar and fish sauce.
- Add some chopped Cilantro. Then stir it a little bit and turn off stove.
