Green Curry Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • Green Curry (See Recipe)
  • Rice
  • Mint
  • Sugar
  • Fish Sauce
  • Lime or Lemon
  • Chili
  • Cucumber
  • Cilantro

Preparation

  1. Heat 2 cups of Green Curry on a pan.
  2. Add 2 cups of steamed rice, then mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Season it with Sugar and Fish Sauce. Then add some mint leaves. Mix it thoroughly again, then turn off the stove.
  4. Place Cilantro and Cucumber slices as the garnish .
  5. Prepare Chili Fish Sauce by chopping 1 chili and add it to a sauce bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of Fish Sauce in the bowl. Then serve the Fried Rice with a piece of lime and this Chili Fish Sauce on the side.
