Suki-Noodle Fried

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Soak a small bundle of Woonsen Noodle in a bowl for 5 minutes, then rinse water out.
  2. Stir fry some minced garlic with a little bit of vegetable oil. Then add some pieces of chicken slices or a choice of meat that you prefer.
  3. Wait until it is cooked, then crack 1 egg into the pan. Stir and mix the egg until it is cooked and separated into small pieces.
  4. Add the soaked Woonsen Noodle with chopped Napa and chopped Chinese spinach. A proper amount for the vegetables and all ingredients are the amount that fits in your serving plate(s). Then add a little bit of water. Wait until the vegetable is soft.
  5. Add some chopped Scallion and chopped Chinese celery.
  6. Season it with Suki Sauce, fish sauce and a little bit of sugar.
  7. Serve this dish with the additional Suki Sauce.
