Ingredients
- Vegetable oil
- Choice of your meat
- WoonSen
- Napa
- Chinese spinach
- Scallion
- Chinese celery
- Suki Sauce
- Egg
Preparation
- Soak a small bundle of Woonsen Noodle in a bowl for 5 minutes, then rinse water out.
- Stir fry some minced garlic with a little bit of vegetable oil. Then add some pieces of chicken slices or a choice of meat that you prefer.
- Wait until it is cooked, then crack 1 egg into the pan. Stir and mix the egg until it is cooked and separated into small pieces.
- Add the soaked Woonsen Noodle with chopped Napa and chopped Chinese spinach. A proper amount for the vegetables and all ingredients are the amount that fits in your serving plate(s). Then add a little bit of water. Wait until the vegetable is soft.
- Add some chopped Scallion and chopped Chinese celery.
- Season it with Suki Sauce, fish sauce and a little bit of sugar.
- Serve this dish with the additional Suki Sauce.
