Shrimp Choo Chee Curry

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Fry shrimps with vegetable oil until it is cooked. Place it in a serving plate.
  2. Fry 1 tablespoon of Red Curry Paste with a little bit of vegetable oil. (You can put less chili paste if it is too spicy.)
  3. Add 1 cup of Coconut Milk.
  4. Season it with sugar and fish sauce.
  5. Add some chopped Bergamot leave. Stir it thoroughly, then turn off the stove.
  6. Pour Choo-Chee Sauce on top of the shrimp.
