Ingredients
- Vegetable Oil
- Red Curry Paste
- Coconut Milk
- Shrimp
- Bergamot Leaves

- Fish Sauce
Preparation
- Fry shrimps with vegetable oil until it is cooked. Place it in a serving plate.
- Fry 1 tablespoon of Red Curry Paste with a little bit of vegetable oil. (You can put less chili paste if it is too spicy.)
- Add 1 cup of Coconut Milk.
- Season it with sugar and fish sauce.
- Add some chopped Bergamot leave. Stir it thoroughly, then turn off the stove.
- Pour Choo-Chee Sauce on top of the shrimp.
