Ingredients
- Coconut Milk
- Baked Peanut
- NumPrikPao Chili Paste
- Red Curry Paste
- Milk
- Soy sauce
- Sugar
- Choice of Meat
- Curry Powder
Preparation
- Prepare Meat by adding 1/4 cup of milk, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1/2 tablespoon of Curry Powder and 300g of meat sliced.
- Mix thoroughly, and leave it for 15 minutes.
- Apply coconut milk on top of the marinated meat . Grill until it is well done.
- Prepare Satay Sauce by pouring 3 cups of coconut milk into a pot. Add 1 teaspoon of Red Curry Paste, then boil it with low fire.
- Season it with Curry Powder, Sugar, Fish Sauce and Tamarind Concentrated.
- Add powderized Peanut and 1/2 teaspoon of Num-Prik-Pao Paste into the pot. Then mix it thoroughly.
- Note: Use mortar to make powderized Peanut.
