- Cabbage

Preparation
- Symmetrically cut a cabbage in 6-8 pieces. For each piece, cut the core of cabbage out. (But still keep a little bit of the inner core part to hold the cabbage leaves together within one piece.)
- Mix 4 cups of ground chicken with 1-2 tablespoons of water. Then season it with pepper, sugar and fish sauce. Mix it thoroughly.
- When water is boiling, scoop one bite sized piece of chicken mixture with a spoon. Then use another utensil to wipe the mixture out from the spoon and let it drop into the boiling water. (Amount of water is adjustable. It depends on the size of your cabbage.)
- Then add all the pieces of cabbage.
- Wait until cabbage is cooked, then season it with pepper, sugar and fish sauce.
- Add some chopped Cilantro. Then stir it a little bit and turn off the stove.
