Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Fry 1 teaspoon of chopped Garlic in 1-2 tablespoons of Vegetable Oil until it stats changing color. Then add 1/2 cup of Shrimp.
  2. Wait until Shrimp is almost done, then add Tofu slices.
  3. Add Noodle. (If you buy dry Noodle, please do not forget to prepare it as it mentions on the instruction before mixing it in the fry pan.)
  4. Add each 1 tablespoon of Dry Shrimp and Powderized Peanut.
  5. Add 1 teaspoon of Sweet Preserved Radishes (minced).
  6. Season it with Sugar, Tamarind Concentrated, Chili Powder and Fish Sauce.
  7. Set the mixture to one side of the pan and crack 1 egg on another side of the pan. Stir and Fry until egg is cooked. Then mix all mixture thoroughly.
  8. Take 1-2 Chives stems, and cut it in pieces.
  9. Add Bean Curds and Chives in the pan.
  10. Fry it a little bit more, until everything is cooked. Then your Pad Thai Noodle is ready. Serve this dish with Powderized Peanut and a piece of Lime on the side.
