Ingredients
- Vegetable Oil
- Garlic
- Shrimp
- Tofu
- Noodle
- Sweet Preserved Radishes
- Dry Shrimp
- Chili Powder
- Baked Peanut
- Tamarind Concentrated
- Egg
- Sugar
- Fish Sauce
- Bean Sprouts
- Chive
- Lime
Preparation
- Fry 1 teaspoon of chopped Garlic in 1-2 tablespoons of Vegetable Oil until it stats changing color. Then add 1/2 cup of Shrimp.
- Wait until Shrimp is almost done, then add Tofu slices.
- Add Noodle. (If you buy dry Noodle, please do not forget to prepare it as it mentions on the instruction before mixing it in the fry pan.)
- Add each 1 tablespoon of Dry Shrimp and Powderized Peanut.
- Add 1 teaspoon of Sweet Preserved Radishes (minced).
- Season it with Sugar, Tamarind Concentrated, Chili Powder and Fish Sauce.
- Set the mixture to one side of the pan and crack 1 egg on another side of the pan. Stir and Fry until egg is cooked. Then mix all mixture thoroughly.
- Take 1-2 Chives stems, and cut it in pieces.
- Add Bean Curds and Chives in the pan.
- Fry it a little bit more, until everything is cooked. Then your Pad Thai Noodle is ready. Serve this dish with Powderized Peanut and a piece of Lime on the side.
