Scomber with Shrimp Paste

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Fry Thai Scomber in Vegetable Oil until it is cooked and flaky. Then place it in a plate.
  2. Wrap one tablespoon of Shrimp Paste in foil, then grill it or fry it in a pan without oil.
  3. Smash Thai Garlic and Chili in mortar. Then add the grilled Shrimp Paste.
  4. Add little bit of boiled water.
  5. Season it with Coconut sugar, Lime Juice and Fish sauce.
  6. Mix it thoroughly.
  7. Serve this dish with fried Scomber, rice and choice of your vegetable or streamed vegetable such as fresh cucumber, streamed Napa, streamed String bean, etc.
