Ingredients
- Thai Garlic
- Thai Scomber

- Shrimp Paste

- Lime Juice
- Fish Sauce
Preparation
- Fry Thai Scomber in Vegetable Oil until it is cooked and flaky. Then place it in a plate.
- Wrap one tablespoon of Shrimp Paste in foil, then grill it or fry it in a pan without oil.
- Smash Thai Garlic and Chili in mortar. Then add the grilled Shrimp Paste.
- Add little bit of boiled water.
- Season it with Coconut sugar, Lime Juice and Fish sauce.
- Mix it thoroughly.
- Serve this dish with fried Scomber, rice and choice of your vegetable or streamed vegetable such as fresh cucumber, streamed Napa, streamed String bean, etc.
