Thai crepe dumpling

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Prepare Filling
  2. Mix 3-4 stems of Cilantro, 1/4 teaspoon of Pepper and 3 cloves of Garlic in food processor. Then fry this mixture with a little bit of vegetable oil.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of ground Pork. Wait until Pork is cooked. Then add 3/8 cup of minced shallot and 1/8 cup of Sweet Preserved Radishes.
  4. Season it with Pepper, Oyster sauce, Soy sauce and Coconut Sugar.
  5. Keep stirring it until the mixture holds together.
  6. Turn off the stove, then add 1 cup of crushed Peanuts. Mix it thoroughly.
  7. Let it cool down.
  8. Prepare crepe Shell
  9. Take some filling to form it into a ball shape.
  10. Mix 1 cup of Rice flour, 3 tablespoons of Tapioca starch and 3 cups of warm water. Mix it thoroughly.
  11. Prepare cooking pot by pouring water inside, then wrap the top of the pot with a cheese cloth. Tie the edge of the pot and the cheese cloth with a rope tightly.
  12. Heat the pot until the water is boiling. Then drop some shell mixture on top of the hot cheese cloth. Then circle it all over the cloth to form a thin layer shell. Wait until it is cooked.
  13. Place a piece of ball-shaped of filling on the center of the cooked shell. Then wrap and detach it.
  14. Take it out from the pot and apply a little bit of vegetable oil all over a piece of crape.
  15. Serve this dish with Cilantro, Lettuce and Fresh Chili.
