- Rice flour
- Tapioca Starch
- Pork
- Cilantro
- Pepper
- Garlic
- Vegetable Oil
- Shallot
- Sweet Preserved Radishes
- Coconut Sugar
- Oyster Sauce
- Soy sauce
- Baked Peanut
Preparation
- Prepare Filling
- Mix 3-4 stems of Cilantro, 1/4 teaspoon of Pepper and 3 cloves of Garlic in food processor. Then fry this mixture with a little bit of vegetable oil.
- Add 1/2 cup of ground Pork. Wait until Pork is cooked. Then add 3/8 cup of minced shallot and 1/8 cup of Sweet Preserved Radishes.
- Season it with Pepper, Oyster sauce, Soy sauce and Coconut Sugar.
- Keep stirring it until the mixture holds together.
- Turn off the stove, then add 1 cup of crushed Peanuts. Mix it thoroughly.
- Let it cool down.
- Prepare crepe Shell
- Take some filling to form it into a ball shape.
- Mix 1 cup of Rice flour, 3 tablespoons of Tapioca starch and 3 cups of warm water. Mix it thoroughly.
- Prepare cooking pot by pouring water inside, then wrap the top of the pot with a cheese cloth. Tie the edge of the pot and the cheese cloth with a rope tightly.
- Heat the pot until the water is boiling. Then drop some shell mixture on top of the hot cheese cloth. Then circle it all over the cloth to form a thin layer shell. Wait until it is cooked.
- Place a piece of ball-shaped of filling on the center of the cooked shell. Then wrap and detach it.
- Take it out from the pot and apply a little bit of vegetable oil all over a piece of crape.
- Serve this dish with Cilantro, Lettuce and Fresh Chili.
