Thai Orchid cookies

Ingredients

  • Cake flour
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Vegetable oil

Preparation

  1. Mix 2 cups of cake flour, 1 cup of sugar and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Then gradually mix the flour with vegetable oil. Keep adding vegetable oil until the mixture holds together and no powder sticks on the side of the bowl.
  2. Take some portion of the mixture and form it in a ball shape. (1 inch diameter)
  3. Cut a ball into 4 symmetric parts, then stick one end of these 3 parts together in order to form the Orchid shape.
  4. Take another portion of dough to make a tiny ball, then place it on top of the Orchid shape.
  5. Bake it in 350 degree Fahrenheit for 7-10 minutes.
