Ingredients
- Sticky Rice
- Chili Powder
- Water
- Chicken
- Onion
- Mint
- Scallion
- Cilantro
- Sugar
- Fish Sauce
- Lime Juice
Preparation
- Turn on stove and add 1 cup of water in a pot. When water is boiled, add 1 cup of ground Chicken. Keep stirring until it is cooked.
- Add some Onion slide, Mint leaves, Scallion and Cilantro.
- Seasoning with Sugar, Lime Juice, Fish Sauce, Chili Powder and Fried Sticky Rice Powder. Then stir it thoroughly.
- Add a few mint on top and now your dish is ready.
- Note: How to prepare Fried Sticky Rice Powder. Fry 1/4 cup of Raw Sticky Rice on a pan without using oil. Turn off the stove when it is Cooked (turning brown). Let it cool down, then powderize it with mortar.
