Preparation

  1. Turn on stove and add 1 cup of water in a pot. When water is boiled, add 1 cup of ground Chicken. Keep stirring until it is cooked.
  2. Add some Onion slide, Mint leaves, Scallion and Cilantro.
  3. Seasoning with Sugar, Lime Juice, Fish Sauce, Chili Powder and Fried Sticky Rice Powder. Then stir it thoroughly.
  4. Add a few mint on top and now your dish is ready.
  5. Note: How to prepare Fried Sticky Rice Powder. Fry 1/4 cup of Raw Sticky Rice on a pan without using oil. Turn off the stove when it is Cooked (turning brown). Let it cool down, then powderize it with mortar.
