Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Mix some chopped Celery, Onion and Tomato in a bowl. Then season it with Sugar, Fish Sauce, cracked Chili and Lime Juice.
  2. Soak a small bundle of WoonSen Noodle (Approximately 50 g) in water. Let it soak for 5 minutes, then rinse water out.
  3. Turn on stove and add 2-3 cups of water in a pot. When it is boiled, add 1/4 cup of ground Chicken. Keep stirring until it is almost cooked. Add 6 fresh shrimps, then add soaked Woonsen Noodle wait until all ingredients are cooked. Filter water out, then place all of it in the mixture bowl.
  4. Mix the Mixture thoroughly and done.
