Preparation
- Separate Egg white and Egg Yolk. ( Prefer Duck Eggs)
- Filter egg yolk and its membrane by squeezing the egg yolk through cheese clothes.
- Whip and stir Egg Yolk until its volume is raised up. Then pour it into Ziplock bag.
- Melt 500 grams of Sugar with 500 grams of water on Medium to low temperature. Keep boiling it.
- Make a small hole at one corner of the Ziplock bag. Gradually and continuously let the egg yolk flow in the boiling syrup. Then the mixture will turn to a long string. It will look like thread string.
- Take out a bundle of the string from the syrup. Then leave it on top of the filter to rinse the excessive syrup out.
