Ingredients

  • Sugar
  • Egg

Preparation

  1. Separate Egg white and Egg Yolk. ( Prefer Duck Eggs)
  2. Filter egg yolk and its membrane by squeezing the egg yolk through cheese clothes.
  3. Whip and stir Egg Yolk until its volume is raised up. Then pour it into Ziplock bag.
  4. Melt 500 grams of Sugar with 500 grams of water on Medium to low temperature. Keep boiling it.
  5. Make a small hole at one corner of the Ziplock bag. Gradually and continuously let the egg yolk flow in the boiling syrup. Then the mixture will turn to a long string. It will look like thread string.
  6. Take out a bundle of the string from the syrup. Then leave it on top of the filter to rinse the excessive syrup out.
