Ingredients
- Spring Roll Shell Sheet
- Egg
- Cabbage
- Carrot
- WoonSen
- Garlic
- Oyster Sauce

Preparation
- Prepare soaked Woonsen Noodle by soaking a small bundle of WoonSen Noodle (Approximately 50 g) in water. Let it soak for 5 minutes, then rinse water out.
- Prepare filling by slicing Cabbage and Carrot in small pieces.
- Pour a little bit of vegetable oil on a pan and start heating it. Wait until it heats up, then add 3-4 cloves of cracked garlic. Fry until it start turning gold. Then add cabbage, carrot and soaked Woonsen Noodle.
- Add a little bit of water, oyster sauce, salt and pepper.
- Keep frying it until it cooked.
- Prepare Wrapping by placing the filling on top of Spring Roll Shell Sheet.
- Wrap it. Stick the last corner with egg to make the wrap stay together.
- Deep fry it in vegetable oil.
