Spring Roll

Preparation

  1. Prepare soaked Woonsen Noodle by soaking a small bundle of WoonSen Noodle (Approximately 50 g) in water. Let it soak for 5 minutes, then rinse water out.
  2. Prepare filling by slicing Cabbage and Carrot in small pieces.
  3. Pour a little bit of vegetable oil on a pan and start heating it. Wait until it heats up, then add 3-4 cloves of cracked garlic. Fry until it start turning gold. Then add cabbage, carrot and soaked Woonsen Noodle.
  4. Add a little bit of water, oyster sauce, salt and pepper.
  5. Keep frying it until it cooked.
  6. Prepare Wrapping by placing the filling on top of Spring Roll Shell Sheet.
  7. Wrap it. Stick the last corner with egg to make the wrap stay together.
  8. Deep fry it in vegetable oil.
